The Dongying e-Card Project is a mobile app project serving the citizen of Dongying Shandong, China. Dongying e-Card app has rich functions. It can help people register to see doctors, scan QRcode to pay, pay for property fees, utilities, and so on. As a project manager, I led a 10 people developing team. I was responsible for designing the prototype of the Dongying e-Card app, integrating the services of China UnionPay Merchant Services Company, Ltd., and software interface negotiation with the Social Security Administration, library, hospital, and other institutions in Dongying.
